> Thomas M. Black is a writer, director, and producer.
His feature screenplay Qualifying was produced at Nu Boyana Film Studios in Sofia, Bulgaria. His short film Headbanging is completed and will have its world premiere at the Athens Film Festival in August 2026. Androktonos — a survival drama set in ancient Greece — has its proof-of-concept in post-production.
Black has spent twenty years inside the machinery of high-performance sport:

The feature script and proof-of-concept are available for review. Produced in Georgia, Androktonos is structured to qualify for the state’s 30% transferable film tax credit — a 20% base credit plus a 10% uplift — subject to meeting the $500,000 minimum qualified-spend threshold and state certification.
